Once matched, we facilitate the initial engagement. We provide guidance on structuring the partnership and refining your pitch.

We help you get "growth-ready" — ensuring your MVP is solid, your team is aligned, and you are ready for serious incubation.

Only after we have successfully connected you and you've seen tangible value do we discuss the 0.5–1% equity stake. It's performance-based.
